Who I am

This website, www.valentinapellitteri.com, is run by Valentina Pellitteri, founder of Juna Photography, Via Francesco Crispi 4/B, Messina, Italy. For anything related to your personal data, you can write to me at info@juna-ph.com.

What data I collect

When you write to me through the contact form, I receive the information you choose to share: your name, your email address, and the details of your enquiry — usually your wedding date, location, and a few words about your plans. If you reach out via WhatsApp or Instagram, those conversations are handled by the respective platforms under their own privacy policies. The website itself does not use profiling or advertising trackers.

Why I use it

I use your data for one purpose only: to answer you and, if we decide to work together, to organise and deliver your photography service. The legal basis is your request itself (pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Cookies

This site uses only the technical cookies required for WordPress and the hosting infrastructure to function. They contain no personal data and are not used to track you.

Embedded content and third parties

Some pages may include links or embedded content from external platforms such as Instagram. When you interact with that content, those platforms may collect data about you as if you had visited them directly. The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. on servers located in the European Union; email is handled through my professional email provider.

How long I keep your data

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to twelve months, then deleted. If we work together, your data is kept for the duration of our agreement and afterwards only as long as Italian tax and legal obligations require.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask me at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data I hold about you, or to restrict or object to its use. Just write to info@juna-ph.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.
